Whilst carrying a room refurb at my house I stupidly drilled a screw into a central heating pipe. obviously I left the screw in place to minimise the damage, called Tri-Counties and Brett had one of his guys in attendance within 90 minutes. Sebastian drained the system down and carried out a perfect repair, refilled the system and had my heating back on within an hour. Top notch company and excellent service.

We had a leak coming from a connector on an old pipe in the airing cupboard. Discovered it when water started pouring through the ceiling light fittings in the kitchen at 20:00 this evening.
Kat answered the phone promptly. Brett was with us in less than 15 minutes. Calm, professional and issue identified and fixed efficiently.

Brett and his team managed to replace two aging (and physically distant) boilers with one efficient one, while uniting two entirely separate hot water and heating systems. (For the record, a task other heating engineers had assured me was impossible!) All three of them were friendly, charming, informative and extremely hard-working, completing this major job in two and a half days with a minimum of disruption and no mess. I cannot commend them enough.

We’ve used this company for years for our heating and had no idea they also did bathrooms, so when it came time to renovate ours, they were top of the list. They’ve always been fantastic to deal with over the years.
The renovation is now complete, and from start to finish the communication was superb, the workmanship outstanding, and every effort was made to minimise the inconvenience.
The design was proposed by Kat, and we immediately loved her vision. It was exactly what we had in mind, but we would never have been able to bring it together in the way she did.

We have used Tri-Counties a few times now. They fitted a walk in shower, updated some pipe work, boiler service , installed a Nest thermostat, replaced a couple of TRV’s. Brett travelled down to Basingstoke to diagnose my sister-in-law's faulty boiler. While there he told me by phone what the problem was and promised to search for the new part required ASAP. Excellent service and recommendation.

This boiler has not worked for about 6 months so the owner has been without hot water and CH for this period. Brett examined the boiler after only a few days of me contacting him and he phoned me at the site to tell me that water had leaked onto the electronics so would need a new motherboard, and also possibly further repairs after this had been done. He advised me that buying a new boiler might be a more economical alternative option. After I decided to opt for a repair he quickly ordered and fitted a new motherboard. Firing up the boiler revealed that the leak had been caused by i or 2 seized valves and he quickly replaced these and also a new NTC hot water sensor. All of this work was done efficiently and communication between the firm and myself was excellent. I highly recommend this very professional and honest company.

Tri-Counties first serviced our pressurised water system and then replaced our pressurisation unit. They've been more than helpful and very knowledgeable. We would definitely use them for any plumbing issues or upgrades we have in the future.

Required an emergency call out to fix a leaking isolator joint. As it was a Saturday evening, I had expected a major problem in getting anyone to come out. We woke up on a cold frosty morning (temperature outside below zero!) to a non-functioning boiler. I emailed Kat, who came back to me very quickly to say that James could come out in the afternoon. Tricounties have just converted our tired old mid 20th century bathroom into a shower room that wouldn't look out of place in a high end hotel. Our very old Potterton Flamingo II Boiler failed and we called out Tri-Counties to take a look at it. With the boiler being obsolete we asked Tri- Counties to quote for a replacement and we were very impressed with their professionalism and how pleasant they were deal with. They were a good choice and did an excellent job on the boiler so we asked them to fit a new shower and mixer plus three radiator thermostats. A big well done to Brett who did the work and Kat in the office who was always friendly and efficient. I cannot recommend Tri-Counties highly enough.

I have contacted Brett as recommended by a friend to ask for a quote on replacing our 1970s air vent system. He came straight away to look and provide his guidance. Brett and his team replaced our old, and condemned, Hot Air System and Flue . It was completed in one day in an extremely effective and professional manner. Called Tri-Counties heating in to look at a leaking radiator in downstairs cloakroom. It was rusted away at the bottom and needed replacing. Replacement installed in less than a week. Fast, efficient and friendly service form the whole team. Highly recommend.

Brett is highly knowledgeable and professional but most of all friendly and really takes time to explain things in layman’s terms. He responded to our call out very quickly, identified the issues with our system and repaired it as soon as delivery of parts allowed, even coming back on separate occasions as different parts were delivered. My Ideal boiler suddenly stopped igniting 10 days before we were due to exchange contracts on the sale of the house. Engineer James visited for a diagnosis and was concerned at water apparently seeping from the heat exchanger. He found that the condensate was not draining away and located a blockage in the U-bend at the bottom of the boiler. Releasing this caused a flood of liquid to pour from the heat exchanger. Luckily he had placed a bowl underneath which caught most of it. It seems the condensate had been backing up for a long time and eventually reached the ignition electrodes. It still did not ignite but it was suspected the ignition components had been damaged by the condensate build-up. James got new ignition parts ordered and came to replace them a couple of days later. I understood that the condensate build-up could well have caused more extensive damage so was very pleased when the new parts caused the boiler to fire up as good as new. James did an excellent job of finding the problem and fixing it in good time to allow the house sale to proceed undelayed. Thanks also to all at Tri-Counties Heating who supported him.
